Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide over 75,00 Euros.

All orders placed on our website are sent from France (Paris).

 

Shipping in EU Members

Within Europe, Standard delivery by Colissimo International is free (over 75,00 Euros) and should arrive within 3 to 6 working days of dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipments under 75,00 Euros are charged 10,00 Euros

Express delivery : UPS should arrive within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) at a cost of 15,00 Euros.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

 

Shipping in the Rest of the World (Included UK)

Rest of the world, Standard delivery by Colissimo International or Delivengo is free ( over 75,00 Euros) and should arrive within 5 to 10 working days of dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipments under 75,00 Euros are charged 15,00 Euros

Express delivery : UPS should arrive within 4 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) at a cost of 20,00 Euros.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

 

Customs & Duties

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Poppy Field the label is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

 

Payment Methods

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Amex.

Poppy Field the label also accepts payment by PayPal, a secure payment method which allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.

Poppy Field the label uses Klarna is a flexible payment solution, which allows you various, flexible, ways to pay. Split any purchase into 3 interest-free payments, or pay later

In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel.

Please contact us on returns@poppyfieldthelabel.com quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

You have 72 hours to report a lost parcel or an anomaly.

 

RETURNS

Option 1- EU : Ship with a Payable Returns Label

In order to initiate a return please log the details in the Return Portal. The customer has 14 legal days to return the item from the delivery date of the item.

The Returns portal will send you a Colissimo shipping label and a fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund

France Return Fee - 10,00€
Member state of the EU - 12,00€

 

Once you receive the Colissimo shipping label you can deposit it at a Colissimo drop-off point, or your local Post.

 

Option 2 - EU : Ship with any carrier of your choice

You may also use the carrier of your choice, however we recommend that you use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.
Poppy Field the label will not be responsible for lost or stolen items sent by you.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm at returns@poppyfieldthelabel.com.

 

Option 3 - Rest of World (Included UK) : Ship with any carrier of your choice

Poppy Field the label does not offer international return labels. Customers may use the courier of their choice. We recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Poppy Field is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Please remember to complete the customs declaration form provided by the carrier of your choice, also provide a description of the goods and tick the "Returned Goods" box in the shipping category to avoid delays at customs. Your full name and order number must be visible on the outside of the package.

You have 14 days to return the products since the date of the delivery.

If you do not provide this information, or provide it incompletely, you may be liable to pay customs duties on collection, which will be deducted from the refund amount. In the worst case, it may not be possible to collect the parcel and the refund will not be paid.

 

EXCHANGES

We don't do standard exchanges. Refunds will be issues for returned items. If you would like a new size or another style/colour, simply place another order on the website.
