All orders placed before 1pm PST time are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking detail

All international orders are sent with our International Courrier service that is then passed into your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 2 - 10 business days to arrive. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

All orders placed before 1pm PST are dispatched the next business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Poppy Field the label is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Express shipping with Upela (DHL, Fedex, UPs, etc...) : 30,00 Euros

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Duties/Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

Poppy Field the label will include a commercial invoice declaring the full euro value paid on international shipments.

Poppy Field the label cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.

We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

We recommend contacting your local custom office for futher information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Returns

E-mail returns@poppyfieldthelabel.com within 7 days from the delivery date to request a Return Number (R.N.). Please include your Name, Order Number, Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is size exchange, store credit or refund.

The returned product must be new, unused, in perfect condition, every returned product must to be packed.

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customers.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed.

Poppy field the label is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Sale items cannot be refunded and exchanged.

The returns are made at the following address by the carrier of your choice at the expense of the customer

We do not make a refund if the customer refuses to pay the customs fees in his home country.

Upon receipt of the items, we will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. 

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
