TERMS OF SALE: POPPY FIELD THE LABEL
1. Introduction
This agreement is exclusively for professional clients interested in distributing Poppy Field the label products. A valid VAT or, where applicable, a SIRET number (for self-entrepreneurs) is required to place an order. Orders cannot be processed without one of these identifiers.
2. Ordering Process
2.1 Minimum Order Requirements
- Initial orders must total at least €2,500.
- Restocking orders must total at least €500.

2.3 Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon order validation, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically.
3. Payment Terms
Regular customers will adhere to their established payment terms, typically involving a 30% deposit prior to shipment and the remaining 70% balance within 30 days post-delivery. First-time customers may choose from the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (details provided upon reservation)
- PayPal (subject to a 3% fee)
A sale contract is considered concluded once payment is received. Poppy Field the label reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason, including supply issues or delivery concerns. If any ordered item is unavailable, customers will be notified within 5 days of ordering and refunded within 30 days for any prepaid items not delivered.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Shipping Terms
All shipments are Ex Works (EXW) from our warehouse in Paris. This term means that buyers are responsible for all costs and risks associated with the shipment from our warehouse. We utilize Colissimo, DHL, or Upela for both domestic and international shipments, selecting the most cost-effective and efficient option for each order.
4.2 Shipping Costs
- Orders under €2,500 incur a €20 shipping charge.
- Orders over €2,500 are shipped free of charge.
- For restocks, orders under €300 incur a €20 shipping charge.
- Restock orders over €300 are shipped free of charge.
Poppy Field the label is not liable for shipping delays or errors, including local or international deliveries.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product conformity immediately and report any discrepancies on the delivery slip, including a handwritten note and your signature.
5. Return Policy and Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from product receipt to request a return for any reason, without penalty, but are responsible for direct shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, to be accepted. If a product is proven non-compliant, we will replace it. All return requests must be communicated to Customer Service via email at ben@poppyfieldthelabel.com for instructions.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will incur a fee of 30% of the order amount.

Your information is essential for order processing, delivery, and invoice preparation. Failure to provide this information may result in order cancellation.
