As all our products, any pre-order item can be returned for a refund according to our return policy.

2/ EU : Ship with any carrier of your choice

The Customer must then return the Items to Poppy Field the label within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the order. The Item(s) must be returned in its (their) original packaging, in its (their) original condition, new, unworn and unwashed.

To return a product, the Customer must follow the procedure set out in the Returns & Exchanges of Poppy Field the label.

According to our sales conditions we have 14 working days to refund you. Any refund will made using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction.
