Option 1- EU : Ship with a Payable Returns Label
In order to initiate a return please log the details in the Return Portal. The customer has 14 legal days to return the item from the delivery date of the item.
The Returns portal will send you a Colissimo shipping label and a fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund
Once you receive the Colissimo shipping label you can deposit it at a Colissimo drop-off point, or your local Post.
Option 2 - EU : Ship with any carrier of your choice
You may also use the carrier of your choice, however we recommend that you use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.
Poppy Field the label will not be responsible for lost or stolen items sent by you.

Option 3 - Rest of World (Included UK) : Ship with any carrier of your choice
Poppy Field the label does not offer international return labels. Customers may use the courier of their choice. We recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Poppy Field is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Please remember to complete the customs declaration form provided by the carrier of your choice, also provide a description of the goods and tick the "Returned Goods" box in the shipping category to avoid delays at customs. Your full name and order number must be visible on the outside of the package.
You have 14 days to return the products since the date of the delivery.
If you do not provide this information, or provide it incompletely, you may be liable to pay customs duties on collection, which will be deducted from the refund amount. In the worst case, it may not be possible to collect the parcel and the refund will not be paid.
We don't do standard exchanges. Refunds will be issues for returned items. If you would like a new size or another style/colour, simply place another order on the website.
